TF Cornerstone and Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) welcomed over 100 brokers and real estate professionals to celebrate the unveiling of the newly converted retail spaces at 810 Washington St. and 90 Gansevoort St. in TFC's West Coast residential building at 95 Horatio St. recently. The retail spaces are located across from the High Line entrance and The Whitney Museum. The debut comes on the heels of Intermix and Vanita Rosa recently executing leases at the building.
"We are thrilled to show off these spectacular retail spaces and are looking forward to expanding our tenant mix with other exciting shops," said Steve Gonzalez, retail leasing manager at TF Cornerstone. "The Meatpacking District continues to be a vibrant and evolving destination neighborhood and we are pleased with the activity we have had so far," he said.
The event took place in 810 Washington St., a 3,025 s/f sub-dividable space with loft-like ceilings showing the exposed rail ties. The guests enjoyed specialty cocktails, wine and hors d'oeuvres while touring the retail spaces with RKF executive vice president Karen Bellantoni and director Pamela Haber who represent building ownership TF Cornerstone. The night concluded with four lucky raffle winners who took home gift certificates to neighboring retailers.
90 Gansevoort is a 9,130 square foot space with over 155 feet of frontage that can be divided and is located directly across from the new Whitney Museum site. There are three remaining retail spaces - 895 square feet, 1,015 square feet and 1,115 square feet - at 810 Washington Street. Each space has 20 feet of frontage on Washington Street.
"90 Gansevoort Street is an incredible location for a restaurant, fashion retailer or home furnishings brand to take a flagship space in the heart of the Meatpacking District and at the base of the High Line," said Bellantoni.

The retail space is one block from The Standard Hotel, Soho House and Hotel Gansevoort. Intermix and Vanita Rosa, a Parisian luxury apparel brand, have already secured locations at the building." Other neighboring tenants include MPD, Pastis, Villa Pacri, The Standard Grill, Fig & Olive, a Theory flagship, Jeffrey, Tory Burch, Vince, Diane von Furstenberg and Scoop.
