Terzi of Hidrock, Fanuzzi of NKF relocates BC Collections to 1350 Bwy.

BC Collections has leased 1,100 s/f of office space at 1350 Broadway, according to Abraham Hidary, president of Hidrock Realty. The new tenant is relocating from 1466 Broadway and will take immediate occupancy of its new space on the 25th floor. "Hidrock understands the specific needs of tenants seeking to establish greater footholds in Manhattan's Garment District," says Jack Terzi, executive director of Hidrock. He adds: "Furthermore, in this instance, the tenant had an urgent need to relocate and preferred to stay on Broadway. The leasing team on both ends worked quickly to close the deal. The result is a tenant that is extremely satisfied with its new location." Terzi represented BC Collections. Jonathan Fanuzzi of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. Hidrock Realty is a 25-year-old private real estate firm with properties throughout the East Coast. Based in Manhattan, the firm provides fully integrated real estate services, including tenant representation, office and retail property leasing and management, and commercial and residential development.
