TerraCRG sells 1818 Atlantic Ave. for $2.25 million

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has closed on the $2.25 million sale of 1818 Atlantic Ave., a property consisting of two tax lots located in Crown Heights. Partners Dan Marks, Daniel Lebor and senior associate Jackson O’Neill of TerraCRG exclusively represented the seller on this deal.

1818 Atlantic Ave., zoned M1-1, sits on a 6,667 s/f lot with frontage spanning from Atlantic Ave. to an entrance on Paci?c St. The property is open and features seven skylights and glass sliding doors that lead to a 25 ft. x 25 ft. central courtyard. The interior spaces have poured concrete ?oors, 13 to 21 ft. ceiling heights, AC/heat, a full kitchen, three half bathrooms and three drive-in doors.

“You can’t tell from the outside, but this is a really special property. Our clients did an amazing job transforming an old industrial warehouse into a creative workspace,” said Dan Marks, partner at TerraCRG.

This industrial property, situated on Atlantic Ave. between Utica and Rochester Aves., offers access to downtown Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan, and other destinations in the city. A four-minute walk to the Utica Ave. subway station (serviced by the A and C lines) opens up connections to the Long Island Rail Road, Barclays Center, Atlantic Terminal Mall, Prospect Park, and more.
