TerraCRG hires D’Angelo as managing director of sales operations

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has hired Maria D’Angelo as managing director of sales operations. Bringing more than a decade of experience across commercial real estate investment sales, leasing, and operational strategy, D’Angelo is widely recognized for her ability to bridge production and process — optimizing sales platforms, scaling teams, and driving performance across both boutique and national firms.

Most recently, D’Angelo served as director of sales operations at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where she led and expanded a national team of operations associates. 

In this role, she was instrumental in building scalable systems, refining processes, and enhancing productivity across a rapidly growing platform. Prior to that, D’Angelofocused on the North Central Brooklyn investment sales market at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where she developed deep market expertise. In recognition of her impact, she was named a Top Woman in Professional Services by the New York Real Estate Journal in 2022.

Earlier in her career, D’Angelo held roles at several prominent commercial real estate firms, including Massey Knakal, CBRE, and Newmark, where she built a strong foundation across investment sales, leasing, and operations.

In her new role, D’Angelo will oversee sales operations across the firm, focusing on enhancing infrastructure, driving efficiencies, and supporting TerraCRG’s leadership and institutional level investment sales teams.
