TAYLOR awarded 35,800 s/f class A medical office; partnering with Middle Road Properties/TY Lin International

Henrietta, NY TAYLOR, a leading regional commercial general contractor, has been awarded the contract for construction of Middle Road Medical Office building. TAYLOR is partnering with Middle Road Properties and TY Lin International on the design and construction of the 35,800 s/f class A medical office building at 50 Middle Rd. Construction work is currently underway, with a project completion date slated for summer, 2017.

“We are proud to continue our 25 year relationship with the owners of Middle Road Properties, and are excited to once again collaborate on another project with them,” said Taylor president, Karl Schuler. “Taylor continues to demonstrate its expertise in class A medical office construction, having completed such projects across the country.”
