DeJure Wilson of Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokers $350,000 sale of two vacant properties

Johnson City, NY Maureen DeJure Wilson of Pyramid Brokerage Company–Binghamton, brokered the sale of two historic Endicott Johnson manufacturing buildings located at 135-139 Baldwin St. The sales price was $350,000.

Century Sunrise Redevelopment will be an adaptive reuse of these two historic buildings, creating 104 residential rental units, available to individuals and families at multiple income bands from market rate to affordable rent levels, and a 3,500 s/f commercial space. Regan Development Corp. will oversee all aspects of the development operation of the project, which will create 140 construction period jobs and 18-23 permanent jobs. The projected redevelopment cost is $29 million.

The 2.38 acre site is adjacent to Binghamton University’s Pharmacy school site and close to UHS Hospital. The development will anchor the revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood.
