Tabibnia of Itzhaki Properties completes the sale of 5,100 s/f center for $172 per s/f

Mansour (Manny) Tabibnia of Itzhaki Properties represented both the seller and the buyer on the purchase of 5600 Sunrise Hwy. The property is a six-store vacant shopping strip on Sunrise Hwy. that was recently vandalized, but regardless of the condition, Tabibnia managed to sell the 5,100 s/f center for $172 per s/f ($877,200), marking the sale as one of the highest per s/f transactions in Suffolk County this year.
