T. Weiss Realty Corp. handles two leases at Melville Corporate Ctr. I

T. Weiss Realty Corp. has leased office space at its Melville Corporate Center I to a national insurance brokerage and a web development and design company. In one deal, Crump Life Insurance Services Inc. leased 4,381 s/f at 105 Maxess Rd. Brandon Kenney of Fischer & Co., and Steven D'Orazio of Colliers International, Lake Success, represented Crump. Craig Weiss, managing director of T. Weiss Realty, represented the landlord. Also, Karbyn Inc. leased 1,215 s/f in the same building. John Magnani of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty represented Karbyn in lease negotiations. Weiss represented the landlord.
