T. Weiss Realty Corp. completes 10 transactions totaling 27,317 s/f

T. Weiss Realty Corp. recently signed leases and lease renewals totaling 27,317 s/f for its office properties located in top markets on Long Island. "These recent lease signings are indicative of continued strong demand for high-quality office space on Long Island," said Ted Weiss president of T. Weiss Realty, one of the largest developers, owners and managers of class A office properties on Long Island, adding that "T. Weiss Realty has had consistently excellent tenant retention due to its strong commitment to tenant satisfaction." T. Weiss Realty was represented in-house on the lease signings by Craig Weiss, lead leasing agent. In Melville, transactions included: Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a regional securities firm, leased 10,618 s/f at 324 S. Service Rd. James Wenk of the Staubach Co. represented the tenant. DiPaola Financial Group, leased 3,911 s/f at 532 Broadhollow Rd. ACM Business Solutions, network security consultants to Estee Lauder Inc., leased three units totaling 568 s/f in the T. Weiss-owned Totus Business Center at 105 Maxess Rd. ACM was represented by Mike Macchia of MGM Islandwide Realty. SHG Planning, a financial planning firm, renewed its lease for 1,372 s/f, also at 105 Maxess Rd. In Hauppauge, deals included: Keenan, Powers & Andrews, P.C., a law firm, leased 1,096 s/f at 2150 Joshua's Path, The firm specializes in residential mortgage closings, banking, real estate, corporate finance and estate planning law. The tenant was represented by Jim Riley of Corporate Realty Services. G-Man Sports, Inc., leased 821 s/f, also at 2150 Joshua's Path. In Huntington, transactions included: Island Advantage Realty, LLC, a brokerage and management firm that specializes in foreclosed real estate, renewed its lease for 4,066 s/f at 1160 E. Jericho Tpke. JV Kelley Group Inc., an expense-management consulting firm, expanded into an additional 1,500 s/f and renewed its lease at 1160 E. Jericho Tpke. Coach Real Estate Associates Inc., residential real estate brokerage, renewed its lease for 3,250 s/f for its branch office at 1160 E. Jericho Tpke. Land Baran Abstract Co. leased 115 s/f of storage space at 1160 East Jericho Tpke. In addition, T. Weiss Realty said Design Conditioning, Inc. has taken over management of the health club at 105 Maxess Rd.
