*Windsor Medical, PC, leased 2,521 s/f at 105 Maxess Rd. in a deal arranged by Gary Brody of Brody Realty Corp.; Craig Weiss, managing director of T. Weiss represented the landlord in-house.
*Morgan & Sampson USA leased 1,050 s/f at 105 Maxess Rd.
*ADC Wealth Management LLC leased 400 s/f at 200 Boundary Ave., Massapequa.
* Hooper Holmes Inc. renewed its lease on its 1,650 s/f branch office at 2150 Joshua's Path, Hauppauge. Pepsi Windland of Transwestern Commercial Services represented Hooper Holmes and Weiss represented the landlord in-house.
* Allied Electronics Inc. renewed its lease for 1,134 s/f at 2150 Joshua's Path in a direct deal with the landlord.
*Pension Design Services Inc., renewed its lease for 4,498 s/f at 330 S. Service Rd. Richard Caputi of Cresa Partners represented the tenant; Weiss represented the landlord in-house.
* Walendowski & Klein renewed its lease for 1,350 s/f at 532 Broadhollow Rd. in a direct transaction.
* Safeguard Operations LLC renewed its lease for 1,750 s/f at 105 Maxess Rd., in a direct deal.
In addition, iTV.cn, a global Internet TV service provider of Chinese programming, expanded its space at 330 S. Service Rd., adding 303 s/f to bring its total space to 1,556 s/f. The deal was done directly with T. Weiss.
