Ernest DesRochers, senior vice president and managing director, of NorthMarq's New York City Metro Regional office, and Charles Cotsalas, senior vice president and senior director of NorthMarq's Long Island Regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $3.8 million for the Nikon Building, a 43,600 s/f warehouse/flex building located at 336 South Service Rd. Financing was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with People's Bank.
