* FedEx Office leased 5,330 s/f at 137 East Post Rd. Dean Rosenswieg of CBRE represented FedEx.
* 7 Eleven leased 2,277 s/f at 167 Martine Ave., at the former Bagel Emporium site across from Macy's and the Westchester County Office Building. Steven Sanders represented 7 Eleven.
* Extreme Archery leased 3,500 s/f at 801 Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck.
* White Mountain Spa leased 1,340 s/f at 234 East Post Rd. Fern Wagner, of Goldschmidt & Associates represented the tenant.
* Subway leased 1,400 s/f at 288 North Main St., Spring Valley. David Landes of Royal Properties represented the tenant.
