Howard Properties, Ltd./CORFAC International has represented The Prudential Insurance Co. of America in a lease renewal of 16,197 s/f in a multi-tenanted office building located at 360 Hamilton Ave.
The insurance company was represented by Howard Greenberg, principal of Howard Properties/CORFAC. The lease was referred by Rob Loderstedt and Jeffrey Toia of The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC, based in Chatham, N.J. The Prudential deal is the fifth deal completed between the two CORFAC firms since Feb. 2009 an on behalf of different corporate entities, with a total valuation of $40 million.
