According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner of Goldschmidt & Associates, Chase Bank has recently opened a 3,774 s/f free standing branch with drive-thru at the Crossroads Shopping Center at Rte. 119. David Szabo represented Chase in this transaction. Donna Taylor of Heyman Properties represented the landlord, Crossroads Joint Venture.
Goldschmidt commended Szabo for seeing through the various complications involved in the land lease replacing a former Sizzler Restaurant and the rezoning of the use and drive thru provisions. The town was also very helpful in expediting the overall approval process.
This is the second transaction involving JP Morgan Chase and Goldschmidt & Associates. In 2010 Goldschmidt brokered the sale of a Chase branch in North White Plains.
