Syago of Hunt Corporate Services negotiates 1,275 s/f lease

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Nassau Attorney's Service, Inc. has leased 1,275 s/f of office space at 310 Old Country Rd. Chuck Syage of Hunt, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Goodwin Associates was self-represented. The building is one of three adjacent professional office buildings totaling 51,000 s/f and is within walking distance to the Nassau County courts and Mineola train station. "The professional looking building with abundant parking and proximity to the courts made this an ideal move from their previous location in Mineola," said Syage. Nassau Attorney's Service is a privately held company established in 1984 and is a premier court and clerical service for attorneys. Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. specializes in exclusively representing clients for the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate. Hunt Construction Services, Inc. provides general contracting, construction management and maintenance services for Long Island companies.
