Braselton, GA Matt Sweeney of Largo Capital, Inc. secured a permanent first mortgage to finance the acquisition of a retail property. The two-tenant property is anchored by Piedmont Urgent Care, part of the state’s largest health system, which occupies 75% of the space.

Positioned near I-85, the center benefits from visibility, access, and consistent traffic from surrounding national retailers.

The financing includes a 10-year term with 30-year amortization with no prepayment penalty, providing long-term stability and flexibility for ownership, and was closed in less than 60 days from application to comfortably meet the sponsor’s 1031 exchange timeline.
