Sutton & Edwards sells 9,200 s/f building for $1.335 million

Philip Maisch and Don Davis of Daniel Gale/Sotheby's International Realty reported the sale of 139 Haven Ave. The building was listed by Sutton & Edwards and includes 9,200 s/f with 4,500 ft. of office space and 4,700 ft. of warehouse space. Jeffrey Schwartzberg and Tom Tsiolis of Sutton & Edwards represented the seller and Maisch and Davis represented the buyer. The sale price was $1.335 million and closed on December 21, 2007. The building was purchased by Island Photo of Glen Cove. They operate nationwide and are using this for their expanding business operations.
