Supnick Real Estate Co. represented the buyer, Omega Storage, and the seller, GLG Associates, in the sale of County Seat Self Storage, Mineola, Long Island, NY and GLG Mini Storage, Island Park, Long Island, NY.
Combined, this portfolio consists of 1,038 units, approximately 85,600 s/f net rentable and sold for $7.3 million.
