Cousins Paintball expands and sells Hauppauge facility

Cousins Paint Ball expanded its indoor outdoor operation and sold its Hauppauge location at 114 Parkway Drive South to NTAC (National Tournament Athletic Center). Cousins President Dean DelPrete said, "It was a strategic move to accommodate our growing clientele and to bring our outdoor and indoor operations together." "The sale of 114 Parkway to NTAC was a perfect fit because an indoor sports facility needs to be column free." Tom Attivissimo, CCIM, senior director of Greiner-Maltz said, "A column free facility with over 100 foot spans is a rare find, in addition NTAC knew the demographics and location were excellent." The project cost will be in the $5 million dollar range and they expect to open operations in the fall of 2008. Tom Attivissimo was the exclusive agent for Cousins and Pat Smith of Remax represented NTAC.
