Sullivan and Siegel of CBC Alliance arrange sale of 110 East 40th Street

Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance's (CBC Alliance) Thomas Sullivan, executive managing director, and Wayne Siegel, senior managing director have arranged the sale of a commercial condominium unit at 110 East 40th St., between Park and Lexington Aves., to DA Grand Central, LLC, a general and cosmetic dentistry practice. Headed by Dr. Daniel Chow and known as Cosmetic Dentistry NYC www.cosmeticdentistnyc.com, the practice is planning to move into the 2,540 s/f ground level professional space by second quarter 2013. "Dr. Chow, who is a well-established practitioner in the Grand Central district, realized the benefits that ownership of his space can offer over leasing in the long-term," said Sullivan. "We were glad to be able to negotiate very good terms for the group." Representing the sponsor, Philips International, were Scott Klau and Zach Weil of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
