Headed by Dr. Daniel Chow and known as Cosmetic Dentistry NYC www.cosmeticdentistnyc.com, the practice is planning to move into the 2,540 s/f ground level professional space by second quarter 2013. "Dr. Chow, who is a well-established practitioner in the Grand Central district, realized the benefits that ownership of his space can offer over leasing in the long-term," said Sullivan.
