Sukenik and Goldmacher of NGKF rep ING US, Inc. in 11-year lease extension

Monday Properties and Invesco, owners of 230 Park Ave., announced that ING US, Inc., a leading provider of retirement, investment management and insurance products and services, has signed an 11-year extension of its lease at the landmark office tower. Effective in April 2014, ING will occupy 144,000 s/f of space, comprising the entire 13th and 14th floors at 230 Park Ave. ING was represented in the lease negotiations by Steve Ernst of Cassidy Turley's Tampa, FL office, together with co-brokers Moshe Sukenik and Neil Goldmacher of NGKF. Monday Properties was represented in-house by Jordan Berger and by Frank Doyle, vice chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle. Brian Robin, President of Monday Properties, said, "We are proud that ING continues to base its New York operations at 230 Park Avenue. This latest lease exemplifies our commitment to our tenants' goals for efficiency and long term planning. Located between 45th and 46th Streets, the timeless icon delivers a quintessential New York City experience, coupled with an unparalleled level of service and 21st century building systems. Overlooking Park Avenue and atop Grand Central Terminal, 230 Park Avenue is a LEED-EB Gold certified building and remains New York City's landmark of history and vitality.
