Suarez of Massey Knakal secures 6,600 s/f retail lease at 100 Reade Street

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new retail tenant for 100 Reade St. for 6,600 s/f, located between West Broadway and Church St. in the TriBeCa neighborhood. The space contains 2,600 s/f on the ground floor with 16 ft. high ceilings and 4,000 s/f on the lower level with 12 ft. high ceilings. It benefits from a restored landmark storefront, framed by 40 ft. of frontage and floor-to-ceiling windows. Designed by architect Grimshaw, the space features black cast iron columns with gold Corinthian capitals. The space will be occupied by Rogers Marvel Architects. "This was a clear case of "win-win" for the landlord and tenant. The property owner was most interested in a professional, non-traditional retail use of the space. The renowned architecture firm of Rogers Marvel Architects was drawn to the exceptional classic TriBeCa space featuring dramatic 16-foot ceilings and original cast iron columns to showcase and operate their business," said Will Suarez, director of retail leasing at Massey Knakal, who exclusively represented the landlord.
