Studwell to receive LI Chapter Professional Recognition Award from the Appraisal Institute

According to The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Robert Studwell, MAI, SRA has been selected to receive the Long Island Chapter Professional Recognition Award. The organization bestows the honor each year to an individual who has demonstrated a lifetime of exceptional accomplishment in the appraisal profession and provided invaluable contributions to the Long Island Chapter, the Appraisal and Real Estate Industries, and the business community. Bob Studwell is a senior appraiser with Standard Valuation Services in Mineola, and has served as Long Island AI chapter president. He earned his SRA designation in 1983, and his MAI designation in 1990. He has continuously served the chapter on many committees and has also served as a chapter director and Instructor. Studwell is a nationally certified faculty member of the Appraisal Institute, and an Associate Adjunct Professor at New York University's Real Estate Institute.
