Strategic Funding sub leases 15,667 s/f from DeVry University; Blumenthal of Norman Bobrow reps Strategic Funding

Strategic Funding Source, a business finance lender specializing in small businesses, has signed a long-term 15,667 s/f sublease from DeVry University at 120 West 45th St. (Tower 45) for the entire second floor and part of the sixth floor. The asking rent in the building is $70 per s/f. DeVry was using the space for a mixture of both classroom and offices. Benjamin Blumenthal of Norman Bobrow and Company represented Strategic Funding Source in the transaction. Strategic Funding, a fast growing company recently listed their existing 9,270 s/f space at 1501 Broadway in Times Square for sublease with Benjamin Blumenthal according to CoStar. Their current lease runs through 2023. Elizabeth Houley and Erica Rubinstein of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Global Corporate Services team represented DeVry University which is in process of restructuring their Manhattan footprint.
