Strader of Silverstein Properties and Weiner of Manhattes Group broker 4,220 s/f for Hydra Studios

Manhattan, NY According to Silverstein Properties, health and wellness concept Hydra Studios has signed a 10-year, retail lease for 4,220 s/f at 120 Wall St. 

“Silverstein Properties is delighted to be the home of Hydra Studios’ first flagship location at 120 Wall St.,” said Harlan Strader III, leasing associate at Silverstein Properties. “Hydra Studios will serve as an incredible wellness amenity to our building tenants and the surrounding Lower Manhattan community.”

Strader led negotiations on behalf of the landlord. Jamison Weiner, co-founder and partner of The Manhattes Group represented Hydra Studios. Hydra Studios will be joining building tenants Droga5, amfAR, Catalyst, Girls Inc., among others, at 120 Wall St.

“We’re excited to bring a premium wellness experience to Silverstein’s portfolio to serve the tenants of 120 Wall Street and the surrounding area,” said Marie Kloor, co-founder and CEO of Hydra Studios.  

“In keeping with Silverstein Properties’ mission to provide hospitality-focused programming that integrates seamlessly into our tenants’ work routine, we’re thrilled to welcome Hydra Studios to our roster of amenity concepts,” said Lisa Bevacqua, executive VP at Silverstein. “We take pride in cultivating partnerships and lifestyle driven programming to facilitate a more meaningful tenant experience across our portfolio.”

Tenants of the building will also enjoy tenant exclusive perks through Silverstein’s tenant amenity app, INSPIRE.

Currently located within Convene at 530 Fifth Ave. in Midtown, Hydra Studios, this will be the company’s first standalone location in Lower Manhattan. Hydra Studios move showcases the steady influx of hospitality and service providers to Downtown Manhattan’s bustling atmosphere.
