Stone of GFP Real Estate renews CS Global office lease for 6,529 s/f at 100 Crosby St.

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC said that CS Global, an international experiential creative agency, has signed a five-year lease renewal for its existing 6,529 s/f on the 5th and 6th floors of 100 Crosby St. in SoHo.

Neith Stone of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction. CS Global, which works with some of the world’s most recognizable luxury brands and organizations including Tom Ford, Disney+, Google, Estée Lauder, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Michael Kors, Cartier and La Mer, first moved into the building in 2006.

“100 Crosby has remained near the 100% leased mark for the past few years as tenants continue to seek our prime loft office space in the heart of SoHo,” said Stone.
