Stevens named associate partner at HKS Capital Partners

HKS Capital Partners has hired Jason Stevens as an associate partner to initiate acquisition, refinance and construction lending projects for the firm's clients in the New York metropolitan area. "Stevens brings fifteen years of client-centered experience to HKS,'' said Jerry Swartz, president of HKS Capital Partners, a newly formed advisory firm specializing in debt and equity finance with offices in the Flatiron District, founded by Swartz, Ayush Kapahi and Jonathan Harrington. He will be responsible for assisting Kapahi and Harrington in helping to close high profile deals. "Jason Stevens brings a deep commitment and follow-thru to all of his work," said Kapahi." We are proud to have him help lead our team of brokers." Before joining HKS Capital Partners, Stevens worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as a financial planner from 2008-2011 where he developed innovative sales and marketing systems to serve his clients and expand the company's business. Stevens is a graduate of Fordham University with a master's degree in philosophy and is currently writing his dissertation. He also has a master's degree from Claremont Graduate University in philosophy. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California in Santa Barbara where he majored in anthropology and religious studies.
