Steinberg, Schultz, May amd Malitz of Lee NYC chosen to market 34-30 Steinway Street

Managing director/principal Garry Steinberg, director Jaime Schultz, director Stephen May, and associate Adam Malitz of Lee & Associates NYC LLC (Lee NYC) have been awarded the exclusive agency for 34-30 Steinway St., a multi-level, 100,000 s/f commercial development located between 34th and 35th Aves. in Astoria. The retail and office property will feature 29,400 s/f on the first floor, 26,100 s/f on the second floor, 24,100 s/f on the third floor and a 20,000 s/f lower level that includes 225 parking places and 6,000 square feet of retail storage. The building is blocks from the Museum of the Moving Image and the Steinway Street M and R subway stop. Neighboring businesses include Gap, Gap Kids, Studio Square NYC, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Uno Chicago Grill, P.C. Richard & Son and United Artists movie theater.
