Savanna has signed a new 2,810 s/f lease at 80 Broad St. Red Alder, LLC, an investment fund, will occupy a portion of the 25th floor for a six-year term. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Richard Plehn and Jason Gold of Colliers International represented the tenant.
