Brickell and Teichman of Joseph P. Day Realty Corp. represent tenant, BFH, in 1,315 s/f at 10 East 40th Street

According to Joseph P. Day Realty Corp., BFH Associates has signed a 10-year lease at 10 East 40th St. in the Midtown area. Lisa Dresner of Fountain Realty Group represented BFH. Rick Brickell and Richard Teichman of Joseph P. Day represented the landlord, 10 East 40th Street, LLC. The space is 1,315 s/f. "BFH Associates joins an extensive list of high-end tenants including major global public companies, banks and law firms. We're proud to add BFH Associates to the list," Brickell said. "Working with Richard Brickell was a pleasure. He has a very personable character, which my clients responded well to. Throughout the negotiation process, he was thorough, swift, attentive and reasonable. We were quickly able to agree to terms leaving all parties satisfied," Dresner said. "Joseph P. BFH Associates offers guidance to people in their business, personal and family lives. We're proud to add BFH Associates to the list," Brickell said. 10 East 40th St. is a 48-story office building located in Midtown Manhattan between Madison and Fifth Avenues. Tenants and visitors benefit greatly from easy access to Grand Central Station. Built in 1911, the building recently underwent a lobby renovation including a new state-of-the-art security desk and turnstiles. Currently, there is space available in the building ranging from 1,600 to 16,600 s/f.
