CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo (CBRE|Buffalo) has assisted with the negotiation of a new lease for the staffing and recruiting company Spherion.
Spherion chose to relocate its Williamsville office to a 3,000 s/f suite at Ciminelli Real Estate's Airport Commerce Park East.
Negotiations on behalf of Spherion were handled by Shana Stegner and Sarah Cashimere.
