Station Companies’ 14 Second Ave. condominium development reaches 30% sold

Manhattan, NY Station Companies sold two residences in the anticipated 14 Second Ave. condominium development. These closings bring the total sold to three out of 10 units, even before construction wraps on the project. The condominium project is expected to receive its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in early June 2023.

The project was developed by Station Companies and designed by Hustvedt Cutler Architects and Garrison Architects.

“We are thrilled to welcome new residents to 14 Second Ave.,” said Daniel Vislocky, founder of Station Companies. “We took great care to build with the potential resident in mind, specifically in terms of location, air flow in each unit, sunlight, and key design features. Station Companies remains committed to matching buyers with their dream home right here at 14 Second Ave.”

The units are a mix of two-bedroom or three-bedroom, two-bathroom configurations with one garden duplex offering. The kitchens include cabinets imported from Italy and designed by Dom Interiors, matte Dornbracht fixtures, and appliances such as a cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and an undercounter wine cooler. All kitchens are equipped with a ventilation system that runs directly to the roof. Bathrooms showcase heated porcelain floor-tiles, Nubalado textured marble accent walls, and a white Zuma tub.

“14 Second Ave.’s thoughtful design features and optimal location have established the property as a sought-after boutique luxury living experience. New residents can expect to enjoy the City’s best offerings right in the heart of Downtown Manhattan,” said Ariel Tirosh of Tirosh & Team at Douglas Elliman.

Located at the intersection of the East Village and NOHO, 14 Second Ave. is near some of the city’s highest-rated and most-visited restaurants and museums. Residents can enjoy some of the best outdoor space the city has to offer by accessing the building’s outdoor BBQ deck and with an art park green space just across the street. For commuters, the building is close to subway stops and offers access to FDR Dr.

Tirosh of Tirosh & Team at Douglas Elliman is handling the property’s marketing and sales.
