Stassa of Royal Properties brokers $6.5 million sale of 7,533 s/f building

Bronx, NY Rick Stassa of Royal Properties, Inc. represented an undisclosed buyer in the purchase of 306 E. 204th St. This property is a 7,533 s/f taxpayer which included T-Mobile as one of the tenants. The purchase price was $6.5 million. The owner of the property was Wharton Properties whose CEO is Jeff Sutton.
“The 204th/Bainbridge retail corridor is experiencing an increase in asking rents. I strongly suspect that this trend will continue,” said Stassa.
