The former service station at 134 East Main St. will soon become the home for AT&T Cellular Phones and Just Dogs Gourmet. Rick Stassa and Joan Simon of NAI Friedland Realty represented the landlord in the AT&T deal and Barry Endelson of Aries, Deitch and Endelson represented the tenant. Stassa and Simon represented both the landlord and tenant in the Just Dogs Gourmet deal.
The 3,700 s/f property was purchased by Coast to Coast Industries, LLC in 2006. AT&T Cellular Phones and Just Dogs Gourmet will be open for business in the fall.
