Stark Office Suites acquires assets of The Private Office; 800 Westchester Avenue now home to stark's largest suburban location

Stark Office Suites, which offers premium turn-key, flexible executive offices and virtual office services for successful professionals and entrepreneurs, has added another sought-after location to its roster of Class A office spaces throughout Westchester. Stark has acquired assets of The Private Office, Inc. and entered into a long-term lease for 20,550 s/f of premium office space at 800 Westchester Avenue in Rye Brook. With the addition of 800 Westchester Avenue, coupled with Stark's October 1st opening of its Greenwich, CT facility and recent expansions in New York City and White Plains, the company has grown its footprint by over 50% over the past year. Stark now operates more than 150,000 s/f as one of the 20 largest executive office suite businesses in the country. "We are proud to be able to continue in the tradition of The Private Office," said Adam Stark, president of Stark Office Suites. "We believe our common focus makes this a natural fit and are pleased to be working with The Private Office clients. We look forward to establishing great relationships and celebrating their business success." With its domed atrium, pure white facade and dramatic setting, 800 Westchester Avenue has been Westchester County, New York's most visible corporate landmark for over 20 years. Designed as General Food's worldwide headquarters by the architectural firm of Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo & Associates, 800 Westchester Avenue boasts 532,680 s/f of class A office space on a 53.7 acre corporate campus. "Stark Office Suites is an ideal business for this remarkable building," Robert P. Weisz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the RPW Group, Inc., owner and operator of 800 Westchester Avenue, said. "Stark shares our values of integrity and outstanding service and we are thrilled to welcome them." Stark plans to make substantial investments and capital improvements to what is already a great space. The space will be outfitted with signature Stark features found within the company's seven existing locations throughout New York City, Westchester and Fairfield Counties, including premium full-time offices, virtual office services, a broad menu of technology options, high-end amenities, and a staff known for providing unmatched service. "We are very excited to be in what is arguably the most impressive building in the county and to work with Robert Weisz, one of Westchester and Fairfield County's largest and most respected commercial real estate developers," Stark said. "800 Westchester Avenue is the pinnacle of the suburban New York office market and we are proud to be able to offer our clients this new option for turn-key office space. It is an exquisite landmark that will serve as a flagship location for us." In addition to its unsurpassed location just off I-287 between I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway, the Stark Office Suites of Rye Brook site includes access to a spectacular cafeteria and executive dining room, an indoor parking garage, conference center facilities, a fitness center, a full service beauty salon, a car wash, dry cleaning services, and shuttle to the train station. Rye Brook clients will also have access to conference space and virtual office services in all of the Stark Office Suites locations. Stark Office Suites was represented by Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates on this transaction.
