Stark of Prudential Douglas Elliman sells building

Bob Stark of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate closed on a property at 25 Nassau Lane for $875,000. The buyer was Bob Mackoul of Mackoul & Associates an insurance company that was recently named "Business of the Year" by The Long Beach Chamber of Commerce. The building was the former American Legion Hall with a large parking facility and will be converted into an office building. The listing broker was Mitch Levy Coldwell Banker and Al Heraghty formerly Coldwell Banker, but now currently of Prudential Douglas Elliman Commercial Services. The financing was achieved through Commerce Bank.
