Stanton-Tuckman of Newmark Assocs. leases 6,000 s/f of office space

Nancy Stanton-Tuckman, vice president and sales associate at Newmark Associates, Inc. has arranged a 7-year lease of 6,000 s/f of office space at 70 South Orange Ave. for the accounting firm, Tax Consultants, LLC. The firm will be relocating their offices from Morris County to Essex County. Eastman Companies, owner of the two-story, 80,000 s/f building, will build-to-suit the office space for the new tenant. Recent major renovations have included lighting, hallways, offices, and a new café, enhancing the class A office building. Its immediate access to Route 24, I-80 and proximity to Morristown and Newark Airport make it an ideal location for Tax Consultants LLC. Other amenities such as electronic card access, after hours visitors' call box, and fiber optics availability are expressive of the management company's commitment to quality tenant service.
