Spanos joins Sabre Real Estate Group as senior associate

Peter Spanos, an experienced retail broker, has joined Sabre Real Estate Group LLC. He holds the title of senior associate. Prior to joining Sabre, Spanos was an associate broker at CB Richard Ellis' Woodbury office handing retail assignments, assisting ExxonMobil Corp. on its retail real estate program in lower New York State. In addition, he has represented such national retailers as 7-Eleven, Davis-Vision, and Bank of America. . Spanos, who joined CBRE in 2004, previously worked for Spanos Management, his family's regional shopping center firm, where he oversaw, negotiated, and renewed many leases on Long Island and in Greece for properties owned by his family. "Peter has extensive knowledge and strong relationships in the real estate community. This coupled with his tremendous work ethic will make him an important member of our team. We are very excited that he chose Sabre," said Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre. A graduate of Marist College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arys, Spanos is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and The Retail Network. He resides in Syosset.
