Socia of Sutton Real Estate Co. reps owner in $350,000 sale; Secures multiple retail lease transactions totaling 36,306 s/f

Retail director Larry Socia, CLS, of Sutton Real Estate Company, LLC completed the following retail lease transactions totaling 36,306 s/f: * A freestanding, 7,582 s/f outparcel building in front of Mattydale Shopping Plaza located at 2803 Brewerton Rd., town of Salina was leased to Dunn Tire, LLC for a five year term. This was a relocation of an existing Dunn Tire store in the center anchored by K-Mart, Dollar Tree, Rent-A-Center, Sally Beauty and various other tenants. Socia represented the tenant and Bill Evertz of C&W represented the landlord, Berkley Properties LLC. * Rescue Mission Thrifty Shopper opened a new 26,624 s/f store in the Westvale Plaza at 2102 West Genesee St. in Syracuse. Socia represented the landlord and Dan Lyons of Willowbank Companies represented the tenant. * Mission Returns, a bottle and redemption center, leased a freestanding 2,100 s/f former corner convenience store building for an undisclosed term with options for its 10th Syracuse area location. Socia represented the tenant and landlord, Sonbyrne Sales, Inc. Socia exclusively represented the property owner, MB Limited Partnership CT in the sale of the former Burger King restaurant located at 508 Oswego Rd. in Liverpool. The stand-alone property is 2,653 s/f situated on a half-acre lot in the center of Village of Liverpool. Sale price was $350,000 with closing in May 2013. The buyer Empire Sub Shop was represented by Mark Cardone of Brookline Development Company.
