Smithm Zolcinski and Ogle of SRS Real Estate Partners broker three leases at 51 Astor Place

New York, NY SRS Real Estate Partners has signed three retail transactions at Edward Minskoff’s 51 Astor Place. Leases were recently executed with “best in class” operators Bluestone Lane Coffee, Chop’t Creative Salad Company and Flywheel Sports. These three tenants join CVS at the building, further transforming the Astor Place streetscape and enhancing the amenities for the office tenants and surrounding neighborhood. Only one retail space remains in the 400,000 s/f Fumihiko Maki-designed tower.

Patrick Smith, Corey Zolcinski and Matt Ogle of SRS’ New York office represented the landlord, Edward J. Minskoff, in the transactions. Bluestone Lane Coffee, was represented by Jonathan Krieger of Robert K. Futterman and Associates, Chop’t Creative Salad Company was represented by Craig Hantgan of Esquire Properties, Inc., and Flywheel was represented by Matthew Seigel and Skye Taylor of Thor Retail Advisors. These retail tenants join the fully leased office building that includes IBM Watson, Tudor Investments, Mail Online, 1st Dibs and St. John’s University.
