Richard Sleasman and Don Noland of CBRE/Albany brokered the $10 million sale of 218 West Yard Rd. The property is a 450,000 s/f warehouse/distribution facility situated on 30 acres. The buyer was McNeary, Inc. and the seller was NY Realty Partners. CBRE/Albany, an affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc., consists of 18 real estate professionals, a marketing department, and a research department. Their office focuses on traditional real estate brokerage - leasing and selling office, industrial and retail space.
