Brooklyn, NY Slate Property Group, in partnership with Avenue Realty Capital, launched leasing and marketing for The Welz, a new 19-story, 162-unit apartment building in Williamsburg. Slate has selected MNS, an innovative real estate firm, to lead the exclusive leasing and marketing.
