SL Green Realty leases 75,825 s/f to Tradeweb Markets at 245 Park Ave.

Manhattan, NY According to landlord SL Green Realty Corp., Tradeweb Markets LLC signed a new 75,825 s/f, 15-year lease covering the entire 29th and 30th floors at 245 Park Ave.

“We’re proud to welcome Tradeweb Markets to 245 Park Ave.,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “Our redevelopment design will elevate the building to provide a best-in-class work environment with spectacular upgrades to the common areas and an exciting amenity program.”

Tradeweb Markets LLC was represented by David Kleiner, Michael Berg, Will McGarry, and Finley Burger of JLL. The landlord was represented by Patrick Murphy, Bruce Mosler, Tara Stacom, Harry Blair, Ron LoRusso, Justin Royce, Pierce Hance, and Will Yeatman from Cushman & Wakefield.

245 Park Ave. is a 1.8 million s/f, class A office building located across from JP Morgan Chase’s new world headquarters. A comprehensive redevelopment is underway which includes the installation of a jewel-like terra cotta overclad of the Park Ave. façade, new windows, new lobby and elevator cabs, landscaped plaza featuring colonnades of columnar trees, a 17,000 s/f wellness center featuring a newly imagined golf lounge and grab-n-go, a new 10,000 s/f, restaurant with outdoor seating and a new rooftop lounge with landscaped roof patio.
