Bronx, NY Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of two walk-up apartments buildings consisting of 29 total apartments for $2.2 million.
The five-story walk-up building at 1412 Franklin Ave. was built in 1910. The four-story walk-up building at 1359 Webster Ave. was built in 1931. The pair sold for a cap rate of 8.73%, a GRM of 6.4, and a price per unit of $75,862. The 19,688 s/f pair of buildings also sold at a $111.74 price per s/f.
