SL Green inks new lease with Vaco at The Graybar Bldg.

Manhattan, NY According to SL Green Realty Corp., Vaco LLC., a global talent solutions firm, has signed a new 6,606 s/f, 10-year lease covering a portion of the 16th floor at 420 Lexington Ave. a/k/a Graybar Building.

“We are delighted to welcome Vaco to Graybar’s prestigious tenant roster,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s executive vice president, director of leasing and real property. “Graybar continues to attract tenants of all sizes due to its unparalleled workplace environment, commuter convenience and amenities.”

The Graybar Building is a 1.5 million s/f office building located on Lexington Ave. at 43rd St. with direct access to Grand Central Terminal. Tenants enjoy upscale amenities including Graybar19 which is a new 10,000 s/f full service conference center available exclusively for SL Green tenants. Additionally, a 29,000 s/f Equinox fitness club is immediately accessible from the building lobby.

Vaco was represented by Greg Taubin and Brian Scharfman of Savills, and the landlord was represented by Harry Blair, Tara Stacom, Bianca Mauro, and Caroline Collins of Cushman & Wakefield.
