SL Green inks new lease with Vaco at The Graybar Bldg.

Manhattan, NY According to SL Green Realty Corp., Vaco LLC., a global talent solutions firm, has signed a new 6,606 s/f, 10-year lease covering a portion of the 16th floor at 420 Lexington Ave. a/k/a Graybar Building.

The Graybar Building is a 1.5 million s/f office building located on Lexington Ave. at 43rd St. with direct access to Grand Central Terminal. Tenants enjoy upscale amenities including Graybar19 which is a new 10,000 s/f full service conference center available exclusively for SL Green tenants. Additionally, a 29,000 s/f Equinox fitness club is immediately accessible from the building lobby.
