Six Forchelli, Curto attorneys named to 2015 SuperLawyers list; Tsoukalas, Atkins, Alberts, Jones, Gatto and Tenenbaum

Uniondale, NY According to Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP, the following six attorneys have been named to the 2015 New York Rising Stars SuperLawyers list: • Andrea Tsoukalas concentrates her practice in zoning, land use, environmental and municipal law matters. Tsoukalas represents a wide variety of clients including national corporate chains, local developers and small business owners in the development of commercial and residential properties. • Douglas Atkins concentrates his practice in the areas of tax certiorari, real estate and condemnation. He has experience in tax reduction proceedings for all types of commercial real estate throughout the region’s counties, towns and villages. • Stephanie Alberts is an associate in the firm’s tax, trusts and estates department. She concentrates her practice in estate administration, estate planning, estate litigation, guardianships and civil tax matters. • Nathan Jones concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, banking litigation and finance. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in Manhattan. During his tenure, he drafted motions, appellate briefs, summations and deal documents. • Danielle Gatto concentrates her practice in the area of litigation. Gatto has been successful in oral arguments in federal court and the Second Department, as well as motion practice in state and federal courts, representing both individuals and corporations. She has also second-seated several trials in the state and federal court. • Allison Tenenbaum is an attorney in the firm’s corporate and commercial and tax, trusts and estates departments. She concentrates her practice in commercial transactions, shareholder, partnership and LLC operating agreements, general corporate and commercial representation, business succession planning and estate planning.
