Sinvin Realty hires six new agents

Sinvin Realty, LLC has recently hired six additional commercial agents: three as directors, and three as associate directors, according to principal Michael Glanzberg. Sinvin welcomes Peter Oberlink, a former vice president and chief operating officer for The Brown Cos., Inc., as a director. Oberlink has negotiated over 175 commercial lease deals in the area Also joining as a director is Olga Ousmanova. Formerly with Metro Spire, Ousmanova worked for the past year focusing on retail but also closing office deals; she also has procured seven exclusives and sold a commercial building in the Bronx. Ousmanova obtained her master's degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the University of St. Petersburg in Russia. Christopher Johnson joins as a director, coming from Eastdil Secured where he worked as an investment sales associate. Johnson obtained his undergraduate degree from William and Mary, with a major in Economics. Sinvin welcomes Magnolia Martin as an associate director. Martin was most recently with Evans Real Estate where she secured four exclusives and closed 12 transactions within months of licensure, including sales in excess of $4.5 million. Martin obtained a BS in Motion Pictures and Theater Arts from the University of Miami and is continuing her education in commercial real estate and finance at NYU. Jacob Walker also joins Sinvin as an associate director. Graduating with a degree in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, Walker has gone on to receive his Series 7 and 66 licenses and is in the process of completing his CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst). Walker most recently worked for Rochdale Investment Management in New York. Walker serves as a director on Trinity University's National Alumni Board. And finally, Sinvin adds Alexander Baumol to its team as an associate director. Baumol is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he earned a BS in Economics. He worked for Summit Consulting, LLC in Washington D.C., performing econometric analyses for potential clients.
