According to Choyce Peterson, Inc., David Sims has joined the company as senior VP.
With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience nationally, he has leased over 18 million s/f of office space and sold six buildings worth more than $150 million.
Sims previously worked for Reckson Associates Realty Corp., serving as managing director and senior VP of the Westchester/Connecticut division as well as a member of the operating committee.
Sims received his BA from Syracuse University.
